Q102's 9th annual Bosom Ball for Breast Cancer features national recording artists

Cincinnati’s ninth annual Bosom Ball for Breast Cancer, hosted by radio station Q102, will kick off Thursday night and feature famous music artists from across the country.

The ball has raised more than $197,000 for breast cancer charities during previous years and organizers hope for an even greater turnout Thursday.

“This is our 9th Bosom Ball and we’re very proud that proceeds will go directly to breast cancer charities.  Even the artists are donating their time,” said Patti Marshall, Q102’s Program Director.

Featured national recording artists include Walk Off The Earth, Labrinth, Serena Ryder, American Authors and ZZ Ward.

The ball will host a silent auction to raise funds for Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the American Cancer Society. Items from Maroon 5, Pink, 98 Degrees, Kelly Clarkson and more will be available for auction.

Doors open at the Madison Theater at 6 p.m. and tickets are $30.
