CINCINNATI - Art Beyond Boundaries is a nonprofit gallery in Over-the-Rhine devoted largely to disabled artists and their work. WCPO arts reporter Matt Peiken attended a recent reception of a shared exhibition by two longtime local artists—Robert Harris and Robert O’Neal.
Neither artist wears his disability on the canvas. In the video above, we’ll meet both of them, along with J.H. Bolden, the director of Art Beyond Boundaries, and hear about the gallery’s deeper mission.
Overseeing the gallery's administration is the Center for Independent Living Options, a local nonprofit providing independent living resources to adults and children with disabilities.
