Lookout Northern Kentucky, some very hoppy, unique beer is heading your way.

With the addition of two new 60 bbl fermenters, MadTree Brewing will launch distribution to accounts in Boone, Kenton and Campbell counties next week.

The first beers flowing to Northern Kentucky will be the core brands: Happy Amber, PsycHOPathy and Gnarly Brown.

More beers and accounts will come as time and production allows in the coming weeks.

The brewers said that since they started brewing on Jan. 22 of this year, they have expanded their capacity by 267 percent.

Co-owner Kenny McNutt said a beer finder list will be available on the brewery’s website soon and they should have an account listing posted by next Wednesday.

McNutt said fans can look for MadTree at many of the bars and restaurants that serve craft beer.
