Just Married: Jamond and Jasmine Coaston-Foree When: February 14, 2014 Where: Crossroads Chapel, Cincinnati Reception: The Madison, Covington Maid and Matron of Honor: Rashida Manuel and Lindsay Haycraft Best Men: Bobby Boone and Jordan Dean
Jasmine Coaston, daughter of Greg Coaston of Houtson and Diane Williams of Cincinnati, was married on Friday, February 14 to Jamond Foree, son of Joevonne and Christine Foree of Cincinnati.
Mrs. Coaston-Foree, 29, is an after-school coordinator. Mr. Coaston-Foree, 25, is a program coordinator. The couple met while attending a friend’s birthday celebration at Dave and Buster’s on Valentine’s Day in 2008.
The ceremony at Crossroads Chapel was officiated by the bride’s stepfather, Fermon Williams Jr. Despite a blizzard, the couple says the ceremony was absolutely beautiful and they felt blessed that so many guests braved the storm in favor of their special celebration. The bride noted that the highlight of the ceremony was when best man Bobby Boone, whose flight had been delayed for two days, finally arrived mid-way through the ceremony making a grand entrance.
The reception followed at the Madison in Covington, where guests were entertained by gorgeous décor, delicious food, and sensational music that kept the party going all night long. Even the bride’s father and his college fraternity friend joined in as they hit the floor doing their Omega Psi Phi fraternity stroll.
The couple says it is a strong foundation of friendship that makes their love so special. Having dated for several years before getting married, the couple feels they know each other "through and through," and can truly say that the love of their life is also their best friend.
Why it works: The bride and groom say it is their mutual thirst for adventure, knowledge, and social justice that makes their relationship so easy. In addition, they perfectly balance one another, complimenting each other’s strong points and shortcomings.
The pair currently lives in Cincinnati and plan to remain in the area now that they are married.

Ms. Wells, 25, is an registered nurse at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Mr. Grutza, 27, is a business manager and entrepreneur.
The couple met in 2007 while attending the University of Cincinnati. After a few dates, the two decided to just be friends. The bride-to-be was a freshman at the time, busy with studies and being in the dance studio. The groom-to-be was a senior, busy with football and wrapping up for graduation. A few years later, they took another stab at dating and attended a Black Keys concert together. The two say they knew instantly that evening that the friendship had evolved into love.
At Mr. Grutza's parents' annual Christmas party he requested a moment alone with Ms. Wells and swept her away into the cold. After a few moments of declaring his love to her, he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. She replied with a joyful, but tearful, “Yes," and the couple spent the evening celebrating the start to their new chapter in life.
Ms. Wells says what she loves most about Mr. Grutza is his love for life. She added that she finds his positivity and love of adventure completely contagious and feels that he has truly swept her off of her feet. Mr. Grutza added that it is his bride-to-be’s kind heart and ability to see good in the world and everyone around her that truly makes her the love of his life.
The pair lives in the Cincinnati area but say that they are open to travel. They hope to experience many adventures together and eventually start a family.
