Bond set at $250,000 for Cincinnati man charged in murder-for-hire plot

CINCINNATI -- Bond was set at $250,000 Wednesday for a Cincinnati man arrested on charges of conspiracy regarding his alleged involvement in a murder-for-hire plot.

Investigators say Kendall Flucas, 21, conspired to commit the murder of a witness or victim set to testify against him in a different criminal case.

Flucas was charged in September with two counts of felonious assault and one count of attempted robbery after police say he hit a man in the head with a rock while trying to rob him.

Flucas appeared in a Hamilton County courtroom Wednesday at 9 a.m. for his arraignment.
