MOUNT ORAB, Ohio – Police charged a Brown County, Ohio man with sexual conduct with a minor on Tuesday.
Brown County Jobs and Family Services filed the charge against Joseph M. Parrish after receiving a complaint that he had sexual relations with a victim under 15 years old.
The Brown County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest in Mount Orab, Sheriff Dwayne Wenninger reported.
Parrish appeared in the courtroom of Brown County Municipal Court Judge Joe Worley. The judge set a $25,000 bond for the 3rd degree felony charge.
