CINCINNATI -- A man accused of killing a 24-year-old woman in Price Hill in April will face a Hamilton County Judge Monday morning.
A grand jury indicted 44-year-old Michael Hall in the April 20, 2013, death of Brittani Robinson. Police found Robinson's body inside an apartment in the 900 block of Chateau Avenue at the Summit Villa Apartments where she was strangled.
Officers checked the residence after family members were not able to reach her for several days. Police say Hall and Robinson were acquaintances.
Hall was charged with one count of aggravated robbery, two counts of aggravated murder and one count of gross abuse of a corpse.
Hall was also charged with one count of rape stemming from the rape of an acquaintance on March 27, 2009. The rape was a separate incident not involving Robinson, said Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters in a press release. That case was dismissed when the victim failed to appear in court.
If convicted on all charges, Robinson faces the possibility of life in prison.
Hall is scheduled to appear before Judge Charles Kubicki at 9 a.m.
