CINCINNATI -- A Dublin, Ohio man accused of raping an adolescent in May was arraigned Friday morning at the Hamilton County Municipal Court.
According to the affidavit, 23-year-old DeSean James of Garden Hill Lane raped a person who would have been 12 years old at the time. The victim, who remains anonymous, is now 13 years old.
Soon after the alleged rape, the adolescent was interviewed at Children's Hospital, and described multiple sex acts that happened with James, including intercourse.
James was later questioned at the Hamilton County Justice Center, and confessed to at least one occasion of sexual intercourse with the victim.
James is held on a $100 thousand bond.
