A man is facing a rape charge for an alleged sexual assault at a nursing home in Hamilton County.

CINCINNATI -- A West Chester man was charged with rape Tuesday for an alleged sexual assault that happened at a nursing home in Hamilton County.
On Sunday, November 24, 22-year-old Samuel Onyenweaku engaged in sexual conduct with an elderly woman at Amber Park - Brookdale Senior Living home, according to Officer Robert Voland of the Deer Park Police Department.

Onyenweaku knew the woman suffers from severe mental illness, Voland said.
He said the victim was unable to resist the assault because of her condition and because she "was substantially impaired because of advanced age."
Onyenweaku is being held at the Hamilton County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
