Recipes and tips for the grill master

(EndPlay Staff Reports) - No disrespect to the true meaning of the Fourth of July, but this is also a day where grill masters across the United States show their stuff.

From burgers and hot dogs to posh seafood dishes, July 4 promises a great time for eating grilled food.

Before the recipes, though, grillers need to decide whether they prefer gas or charcoal. Which one you use can affect the taste of your food.

Charcoal generates a smokier taste that is somewhat richer than gas-grilled food. But charcoal is more of a polluter, emitting more carbon monoxide, particulate matter and soot into the atmosphere resulting in higher concentrations of ground-level ozone, reported Eating Well .

Still, there are no studies to prove which grill provides healthier food, according to the website.
