While it's hard to forget names like Boomer Esiason and Anthony Munoz, the famed 1988 Cincinnati Bengals featured a variety of Pro Bowlers and top talents that led them to the second Super Bowl berth in franchise history 25 years ago.

Cris Collinsworth continues to receive recognition for his work as an NFL analyst. Ickey Woods' career was cut short by injuries, but his famous "shuffle" dance lives on in the memories of Tri-State football fans.

But what about defensive end and sack machine Jim Skow? Do you recall his team-leading 9.5 sacks that season? Do the names of cornerback Eric Thomas or tight end Rodney Holman ring a bell? They should - they both made the Pro Bowl that year.

Take a walk down memory lane with an interactive look at the famed starting lineups for the Bengals team that came up just short against Joe Montana and Jerry Rice's San Francisco 49ers.

Click on each player to find out what statistical role they played in the team's 20-16 loss on Jan. 22, 1989.
