Milford junior Jack Young was voted the WCPO Player of the Week for Week 4, picking up 6,970 votes (40.5 percent).
The Eagles’ running back earned his nomination by rushing for 160 yards and three touchdowns on 13 carries in the team’s win over Woodward.
Young edged out Highlands’ Jaylen Hayes to win the award. Phillip Dozier of Badin finished third in the voting conducted by TriStateFootball.com. In total, 14 players were nominated with 17,178 votes casted.
