CINCINNATI – Taylor High School junior Koty Kendall was voted the WCPO Player of the Week for Week 10, picking up 8,788 votes (38.7 percent).
The Yellow Jackets running back earned the nomination by picking up 230 yards and three touchdowns on the ground while adding a 36-yard TD catch versus Indian Hill.
He scored the last touchdown of the game and the last one on the school’s field. Taylor’s school and field is set to be demolished.
Kendall edged out Fairfield’s Hunter Krause to win the award. Nate McCoy of Gallatin County finished third in the voting conducted by TriStateFootball.com. In total, 14 players were nominated with 22,658 votes casted.
