CVG says snow storm causing delays to major airports

CINCINNATI -- As the Tri-State deals with its first major snowfall of the season, flights from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) to major cities are off-schedule.

According to CVG's website, flights to Newark International Airport in Newark, NJ., are currently experiencing delays averaging 2 hours and 4 minutes.

Flights to John F Kennedy International Airport in New York, Ny., are currently experiencing delays averaging 38 minutes.

Flights to La Guardia Airport in New York, Ny., are currently experiencing delays averaging 46 minutes.

Flights to Philadelphia International Airport are currently experiencing delays averaging 1 hour and 43 minutes.

The weather has also forced more than 1,000 cancelations at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, one of the nation's busiest airports and a key hub for Fort Worth-based American Airlines.
